My transaction was declined. Why? Who should I contact?

If your deposit was declined, there are several possible reasons:

 

  • Your balance is insufficient: check your account balance and try again
  • You made an error in your information (card number, expiration date, etc.): check your information and try again
  • You have reached your deposit limit: try again later when your limit allows
  • A technical issue occurred with the bank: try again later and contact your bank in the meantime

 

If the problem persists despite everything, contact our customer support.
